Which Way Did He Go?

I’ve heard it said: “The direction your going is where you’ll end up.” Sound silly? Kinda sounds like something Captain Obvious would say, but seriously, consider that truth for a moment with me…what is your current direction with your thoughts, what is the current direction your behavior at work is taking you, what is the direction your attitude with your spouse is taking you, etc…

With the way most of us live our lives I don’t think that our destination is thought of very often. And I’m not talking eternally here, I’m talking about our lives 5 yrs. from now or 10 yrs. from now… the direction we are going in right now is where we will end up in 5 or 10 years. Where do you want to be in the years to come?

Answer: He ended up going where he was headed in the first place.
